Ashlyn Fesperman, RMHCI

As a counselor intern for the state of Florida, I provide therapeutic services for individuals and couples from a client centered and cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I have experience working with individuals from a wide range of ages, including children, adolescents, and college students. Within those populations, we focused on a wide array of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, and navigating life changes. I am also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), utilizing tools to help athletes and non-athletes alike improve their mental game as it pertains to their respective field. In session, we will work together to identify areas of growth and improvement to enhance your life and meet therapeutic goals, all while navigating life’s challenges and receiving support from myself.

I am a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern receiving supervision from a qualified supervisor, Raychel Powers, Psy. D, license number PY9748, and she can be reached at (850)-807-9801. I received a Masters of Education Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Boston University, with a concentration in Sport Psychology. I also hold a bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Georgia. I offer therapeutic services to individuals and couples both in-person and online via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
