CO-VID 19 Update:
In an effort to encourage social distancing, our office is moving to Telehealth for therapy appointments. Teletherapy has been shown to be as effective by several studies. While we understand this is less than ideal, it is important to maintain therapy during this time of uncertainty. This is a temporary situation. We will get through this together.
Please contact your therapist to learn more about using teletherapy. We are also still taking new clients. These are tough times for us all but this too shall pass.

We are a collection of therapist with similar creative vision and passion for helping others reach their highest potential and process their lowest of time. Our approach to therapy varies by therapist but we all tend to be solution focused, cognitive behavioral trained, utilize mindfulness, and emotionally focused. Cognitive behavioral interventions are combined with Mindfulness based activities to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. The importance of emotional expression and self-acceptance is emphasized. We provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for you to share your thoughts and stressors. Humor and support are both often used in therapy.
