As a counselor intern for the state of Florida, I provide therapeutic services for individuals and couples from a client centered and cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I have experience working with individuals from a wide range of ages focusing on anxiety, depression, and navigating life changes.
In session, we will work together to identify areas of growth and improvement to enhance your life and meet therapeutic goals, all while navigating life’s challenges and receiving support from myself.
