All of my therapeutic interventions stem from the overarching approach of Person-Centered Therapy, resulting in the following goals for all clients: providing support, empathy, encouragement, and instilling hope. When working with clients, I utilize an integrative therapy approach, meaning that I use a combination of therapeutic techniques and interventions, catered to each individual client. I tend to incorporate techniques from major schools of therapy such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion-focused therapy.
I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and have particular interest in working with people who are experiencing or have experienced difficult life transitions; disordered eating/eating disorders, depression, anxiety, substance abuse/misuse, and various forms of trauma.

I am a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern receiving supervision from a qualified supervisor, Kimberly Christian, license number MH14823, and she can be reached at (850) 273-0199. I received both a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Human Systems and an Education Specialist in Counseling and Human Systems Degree from Florida State University, a CACREP-accredited program, where I learned to understand, conceptualize, and competently work with mental illness and life issues across diverse populations to promote wellness. I hold a bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida State University with a minor in Social Welfare. I offer therapeutic services to individuals and couples both in-person and online via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
