Tia Miller, RMHCI
I believe everyone deserves to have access to therapeutic support to help overcome life challenges. As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment to help clients find healing and overcome obstacles that interfere with reaching life goals. I believe each client is unique and deserves the best therapeutic approach to fit their individual needs. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy. I can assist with learning healthy coping techniques, help to increase self-esteem and address relationship issues.
I am a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern receiving supervision from a qualified Supervisor, Bridget Heady, license number MH11550, who can be reached at 917-497-7616. I received a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, a CACREP accredited program, where I learned how to work with a diverse population to promote mental health and wellness. I offer counseling services to individuals and couples in-person and online via telehealth.
